Shipping Policy

Complimentary Shipping: All orders come with complimentary shipping.
Order Processing: Orders received by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day through our Registered Courier Service. Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the following day.
Non-Business Days: Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No deliveries on Sundays). Please note, during busy shopping seasons or our mega sales events, delivery can take up to 7 working days.
Delivery Address: We deliver to the residential or office address provided by you at the time of order placement. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO boxes and all deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
Delivery Attempts: We will make two attempts to deliver your order at the address provided by you.
