Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you get from us. If for any reason you don't, here's what you need to know about returns:
- You've got 14 days from when you bought it to return unworn and unwashed stuff.
- You'll cover the shipping to send it back to us.
- Sadly, we can't refund the shipping cost you paid earlier.
- Once we get your return, give us 5 working days to sort out your refund.
- Ship your return to Urban Vogue, 204 Chak Road, Khayaban Colony no 1&2, Faisalabad.

Here's how to return or exchange your item(s):
- Fill out the Return Form, or download it from [ReturnForm].
- Pack up what you're returning with the form.
- Ship it to us at the address above using a traceable delivery method. And remember, you're responsible for the shipping cost.

NOTE:
If there's an issue on our end, we'll take care of the shipping. We'll create a shipping label and send our courier partner right to your home address. However, if the issue is on your end, you'll need to cover the shipping cost from your end to return the item.
